Types of Therapy offered:

Individual Therapy

Individual Therapy: 45-minute individual therapy sessions aimed at addressing ineffective behaviors, understanding their reinforcement, and replacing them with healthier, adaptive ones. The goal is to help clients achieve balance, even in chaotic or overwhelming situations.

Treatment Methods

Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT)
Evidence-based treatment for anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. It focuses on the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, aiming to break negative cycles by changing unhelpful patterns.
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
Cognitive-behavioral approach that helps with emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. It treats issues like eating disorders, anxiety, and borderline personality disorder, aiming to shift away from “all or nothing” thinking and focus on controlling reactions to challenges.
Psychodynamic Therapy
Explores how past experiences influence present behaviors, focusing on unconscious processes that affect how we behave and respond to others. The goal is to help clients identify unhealthy emotional, thought, and belief patterns to gain insight into their current reactions to situations.
